This page explains how much you earn for deliveries.

On this page:

How much will I earn?

Delivery fees are designed taking in consideration your transport type and the distance between pick-up and drop-off. This means the further the distance you travel, the more you will earn.

All orders have a delivery fee, which is shown in the Stuart App invitation screen, and some deliveries may be applied other type of fees such as:

Rewards

1. Multiplier

In Addition to the delivery fee, some orders may have multipliers. These are rewards that multiply your delivery fees by a specific value that we communicate to you in advance depending on supply and demand levels. You can view these rewards before accepting a delivery in the multiplier map on the Stuart app.

These fees will be shown on your weekly statement of earnings.

2.Per-drop rewards

Per-drop rewards are incentives for completing deliveries. We sometimes offer these rewards during high demand.

These rewards will have criteria such as times, zones, clients and transport type. To be eligible for the reward, you must fulfil the criteria in the reward message.

Waiting time earnings

Stuart applies fees for long waiting times at pick-up (WAPU). Your waiting time starts automatically when you reach the pick-up location and waiting time earnings will start after 15 minutes of waiting, up to a maximum of 30 minutes after you arrive. After 30 minutes, you can continue to wait or request a cancellation from Support. (See cancellation fees below)

These fees will be shown on your weekly earnings statement.

Multi-drop deliveries

These are fees Stuart applies if you complete a delivery with multiple orders. These deliveries are called “multi-drop deliveries” and their fee is based on the total distance you travelled to deliver all the packages.

These fees will be displayed on your app.

Return deliveries

If you have to return a package, the initial delivery will be cancelled and Customer Support will issue a return delivery.

  • We apply the delivery fee for both deliveries (your journey to drop-off and your journey back to pick-up).

  • Only the return delivery is eligible for multiplier rewards.

These fees will be displayed on your app, unless it is a multi-drop return; in that case, these will be shown on your weekly statement of earnings.

Cancellations

Depending on the scenario, cancellation fees may be applicable:

  • If your client cancels more than 2 minutes after you accepted the delivery, there will be a cancellation fee.

  • If your client cancels the delivery within the first 2 minutes after you accepted it, there will not be a cancellation fee.

These fees will be displayed on your app.

Self cancellations

You are able to self-cancel in 2 situations:

  • Right after accepting the delivery

  • When you arrive at pick-up: You can cancel at any time once you are at the pick-up location.

A self-cancellation will not result in a cancellation fee, even if you have waited more than 20 minutes. You are not expected to wait this long and can move on to the next delivery, but will not be paid for that cancelled delivery.
