How to search for a delivery when using the Dashboard or the Mobile App

You can search for a delivery in any status (past, scheduled, ongoing) using either
the Client Reference ID (Order ID) or the Stuart Delivery ID.

Note: It's only possible to locate a delivery completed within the last 13 months.

🖥 Client Dashboard: How it works

  • Select the tab Find Delivery and enter the Client Reference (Order ID) or Stuart Delivery ID in the search bar

  • Click on Search, and a list of deliveries will appear for all statuses: past, scheduled and ongoing

  • Once the delivery is selected and depending on the status of the delivery, you will be redirected to another page inside the Dashboard

📱 Mobile App - How it works

  • Select the search bar at the top and enter the Client Reference (Order ID) or Stuart Delivery ID in the search bar

  • Click on Search, and a list of deliveries will appear for all statuses: past, scheduled and ongoing

  • Once you have selected the delivery, depending on its status, you will be redirected to another tab
