How does tipping work?
Specific deliveries will allow customers to send tips directly to couriers*
Tips will be received at least 30 minutes after completing a delivery
3. The total tip is sent to couriers
4. Earnings and tips will be paid in a lump sum every Tuesday
Where can I find my tips?
You can either use the menu option or select the “New tip!” notification when it appears to go straight to the “Delivery history” section of the Stuart app.
A tip breakdown will also be available in your earnings statement.
