To get started with Stuart, first make sure we provide our delivery service in your area. UK coverage
1. Create a Stuart account & Retrieve API keys
Create your Stuart Account:
If you deliver more than 100 orders/week Reach out to our Account Executive Team by completing a brief form here. We'll get in touch with you within 72 hours.
Remember: Once your Stuart Account is set up, you can access the Stuart Dashboard here.
If you already have a Stuart account:
If you do not have yet an account with Square:
2. Connect your Stuart account to Square
Once you've set up your Stuart account, all you have to do is click "Authorise" in the final step. This will take you to the Square oauth to allow Stuart to access the necessary data on Square.
Remember: You can always cancel the authorisation later using this link.

3. Set up guide on Square Online interface
1. First go to Account & Settings > Fulfillment > Pickup & Delivery

2. Select the location you want to add Seller powered delivery to and click 'Set up location' and select to offer delivery (see screenshot below)

When an order comes into Square, you will see a new delivery from your Square Online site with the status "New" in Square Order Manager. | |
IMPORTANT: Stuart will create the delivery job and assign a courier only once the order has been marked as "In Progress". You must --> Accept the order by clicking "Mark as..." > and selecting "In Progress". |

When a delivery is successfully made, it will appear in the 'Scheduled' tab on your Stuart dashboard. As the delivery time approaches, a courier will be assigned, and the delivery will move to the 'Ongoing' tab. | |
Once the order has been moved to the ‘Ongoing’ tab you may notice the first status will be “searching for a courier” | |
Once a courier has been assigned to your order, you will be able to follow them to the live tracking map. | |
Once the pickup of your order has been completed, you will be able to continue following the courier to the drop off location provided. | |
Once an order has been completed it will be moved into the “past” tab where you can see a history of all your delivery jobs to retrieve all relevant information such as courier’s name, price & invoice. |
