4. Finalise your set-up

Head to Settings > Integrations > Connected to enable Stuart for your online orders

Enable courier auto-request to ensure orders are automatically sent through to Stuart

You are now ready to use Stuart as your delivery partner!

5. Best Practices & Tips

Explore these advanced tips and tricks to further optimize your integration:

  • Automate Order Processing: Set up automated order processing to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

  • Set your prep time: To ensure drivers arrive at the perfect time, set up a prep time in your Otter tool. This prevents drivers from being early or delayed at your restaurant. Contact Otter to make changes to your Uber Eats and Just Eat prep time, or manage it through the Deliveroo site for Deliveroo orders.

  • Menu Editing: Avoid editing your menu directly on marketplaces like Just Eat or others, as this may cause integration failures. Instead, manage your menu changes through Otter.

  • Just Eat Tablet: Ensure your Just Eat tablet is always turned on to maintain a successful integration.

  • Address Verification: Check if the address entered by your customer is accurate to avoid longer assignment times and incorrect deliveries. Make sure there are no geocoding errors that could affect the delivery process.
