New Transport Type: You can now register e-bike in your Stuart delivery account!
Starting from Wednesday 12th of April, 2023 If you are delivering with: e-bike, e-moped or e-car you will be able to change your transport type through our Service Desk portal.
Knowing the correct transport type couriers use, will ensure that all couriers:
Have their account with the correct information
Receive more accurate reminder messages
Match with appropriate delivery invitations based on their current transport type
Receive Package sizes according to their current transport type
What do you need to do next?
If you use a bike, motorbike or car to complete your deliveries, you do not need to do anything.
If you use an e-bike, e-moped or e-car you will need to submit a transport type change request form through our Service Desk portal.
How to request transport type change?
To request transport type change you will need to use the Service Desk portal and select Transport Type option to raise your request.
