You can use our Service Desk portal to request a range of account changes, including a change to your Transport Type.
How do I access the Service Desk?
Before you are able to make changes to your account you will require access to the Service Desk portal.

Making a request:*
Firstly you will need to use the link to access our Service Desk
On the Service Desk, you will see the option for the Transport Type Change
Choose which transport type you would like to make a request to

We will then require the following details from you:
