How can I provide feedback?

It is very important for us to get feedback from you if any issue happened during your delivery.

For this, the best way is to rate your job right after the job is finished:

  • Go in the "History" tab of your dashboard

  • Select the job you want to rate and fill in as many stars as you want on the right

  • You can add a comment as well

We monitor job ratings every day so you can be sure your job rating will be taken into account and we actioned.

This is particularly important to do if you had an issue, but you can also let us know if the driver did exceptionally good - they love hearing about happy clients :)
