Here are the main channels you can use to do so:

  • Any past delivery: You can rate and add a feedback to past deliveries from the Stuart dashboard:

    Stuart's Account Management team is monitoring this feedback on a daily basis.

  • Regular Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys: NPS enables us to assess your overall satisfaction about Stuart. Please take some time to complete it reflecting about your experience with our products and services.

  • Any additional comments you may want to share, you are welcome to contact Customer Support via Live Chat from your Stuart Dashboard, or directly reaching out to Account Management.
