How to access the Service Desk to provide feedback after a delivery

You are now able to provide feedback about your pick-up and drop-off experience with clients, end customers, waiting times and more through the Service Desk portal.

We aim to provide you with the best experience whilst delivering, so please use this option whenever you want to share your experience with us.

Examples of feedback you can submit:

Drop off feedback

Pick up feedback

  • End customer experience (verbal or physical abuse)

  • Theft

  • Any type of harassment during drop off (sexual, religious, racial, etc.)

  • Store staff feedback

  • Waiting times

  • Food packaging

  • Any type of harassment during pick up (sexual, religious, racial, etc.)

IMPORTANT! Please always use the live support system if you have any issues while on a delivery to obtain immediate assistance.

How to submit feedback via the Service Desk?

You will need to set up a Service Desk account before you can submit your feedback. To learn more about Service Desk and how to use it, visit our dedicated Help Centre article - here

Once you have logged into your Service Desk account, select the option “Drop off feedback" / "Pick up feedback”. Complete the feedback form and add any evidence you would like to send us, if you have any.

The Stuart team will take a look at your feedback and they will be in touch with you through your Stuart email in case they need further details.
