We remain at your disposal here for any request, comment or incident.
1.2. Contacting Support via ongoing and past deliveries
If you have any question about a delivery currently happening, you can reach out to the Stuart Support Team through the Live Chat which is in the bottom Ongoing or Past package view of your Stuart Dashboard or app.
The average response rate is 2 minutes across all countries which makes it the fastest and most efficient way to get assistance.
2. How can I contact the courier?
Please keep in mind you can reach out to the courier directly if you have any question about where they are / anything else they can answer:
Find the courier contact details (name and phone number) in your Stuart Dashboard (click on "Ongoing" and you will find all your ongoing jobs with couriers' details).
On the other hand, it is important to bear in mind that any phone calls will delay your delivery as it will require couriers to find a safe place to park.
