How can I contact the courier?

You can contact your Stuart Courier Partner from the moment the order is accepted to the moment your package is delivered.

The Stuart Courier Partners contact number will be displayed within the delivery information on the Client Dashboard. This can be found under the "ongoing" tab.

Within the Mobile App press the "phone" button to contact the Stuart Courier Partner.

In case the Stuart Courier Partner is not responding, please contact us ASAP so we can help you.
