1. How can I get in touch with the courier?

You can contact the courier about an order they are assigned to from the moment the order is accepted until your package is marked as Delivered.

1.1. Where can I find the courier's number ?

  • If using the Stuart Dashboard, in the “Ongoing” tab find the delivery information details. Once a courier accepts the delivery you can find the courier details and select Reveal to see the courier’s phone.

  • Through the Mobile App you can use the "phone" button to try placing a call to the courier.

  • If the courier is not responding to your calls, please contact us as soon as possible, so our relevant team can provide you with additional help.
