When do I get my earnings?
We operate on a Monday to Sunday working week. You will receive your earnings for the week on the following Tuesday.
Payments can take until midnight to transfer into your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to show in your account before contacting us.
What do I do if I haven’t received my earnings?
If you have not received your earnings by Wednesday, please submit a missing payment request:
Go to the support & resources section of the Stuart courier app
Select Chat with support > Send us a message > Not related to a current order > Missing Earnings
You must provide proof of ownership for your new bank account to proceed with the request, see here for more information.
If requested, you must also provide proof of missing payment or account closure, depending on the case.
