Stuart is integrating a new payment service provider into our payment process. From the 16th of May, your earnings will be managed by Online Payment Platform (OPP). Meaning your earnings from the week commencing 5th of May will be sent the following Friday by OPP rather than Stuart on Tuesdays.
What does this mean for you?
If you are active on the platform, you will receive an email on the 17th of February from noreply-fountain.uk@stuart.com containing a link to OPP’s identity and details verification process (if you are not currently active on the platform, you will receive this email if/when you start completing deliveries again), this includes:
ID/face verification
Bank details verification
Phone number verification
Company details verification
Complete the process as soon as possible, otherwise your earnings from 16th of May onwards will be delayed until you complete it and OPP verifies the information (which may take several business days). Once the information is verified, you will receive the missing amounts on the next payment date.
After completion, OPP may contact you directly (via no-reply@onlinepaymentplatform.com) to confirm the accuracy of the information; respond ASAP to avoid suspension
If you change your bank details after completing the verification process, you will have to update both Stuart and OPP (we will let you know how to inform OPP when you submit a request)
The day you receive your earnings will change from Tuesday to Friday
