Introduction to Stuart and Square

Integrating your Stuart delivery account with Square offers a seamless way to manage your online deliveries. This integration streamlines the process, allowing you to efficiently handle Square Online orders and ensure timely deliveries to your customers.

0. Check Stuart coverage

To get started with Stuart, first make sure we provide our delivery service in your area. UK coverage

1. Create a Stuart account & Retrieve API keys

  • Create your Stuart Account:

    • If you deliver less than 100 orders/week: Simply click on this link and create an account with Stuart.Then, in the final step, all you need to do is click "Authorise" to connect it with your Square Online account. For more info refer to this article.

    • If you deliver more than 100 orders/week Reach out to our Account Executive Team by completing a brief form here. We'll get in touch with you within 72 hours.

Remember: Once your Stuart Account is set up, you can access the Stuart Dashboard here.

  • If you already have a Stuart account:

    • Simply click on this link and Login with your Stuart credentials. Then, in the final step, all you need to do is click "Authorise" to connect it with your Square Online account. For more info refer to this article.

  • If you require an account with Square:

    • Simply click on this link to sign up.

    • Alternatively if you process more than £200,000 annually in card payments, speak with the Square team here.


2. Connect your Stuart account to Square

  • Once you've set up your Stuart account, all you have to do is click "Authorise" in the final step. This will take you to the Square oauth to allow Stuart to access the necessary data on Square.

Remember: You can always cancel the authorisation later using this link.

3. Understand the order flow on Square Online interface

1. Ensure Seller Powered Delivery is turned on in settings.

2. Configure your delivery radius (by postcode or straight-line) and set your delivery fees.
