Raising a ticket
If you've had an issue with a past delivery, you can easily request a refund by raising a ticket. Here's how:
Open the chatbot and choose the reason for your request. You’ll be guided through a few questions. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation via email and chat. We’ll then investigate and get back to you as quickly as possible.
You can also raise a ticket directly from the Messenger home. Just fill in the necessary details and submit your request.
We’ll notify you by email and in your dashboard whenever there’s an update on your ticket or if we need more information.
📨 Ticket portal
The ticket portal gives you a full view of all tickets linked to your company - including those opened by your teammates. You can check the current or past status, avoid duplicates and follow up if needed. 👉 Access your Portal here.
