General guidance: Requesting and managing deliveries

Save addresses, set special delivery requirements (alcohol, fragile, cold chain), zones, sizes, pick-up limits and share tracking links.

Updated this week

Ordering fragile or non-splittable deliveries

If you are requesting delivery for a fragile item (such as a wedding cake, big mirror) or an item that cannot be split into multiple packages, please specify this while raising the delivery. This way the delivery will be assigned to a car.

Special delivery types

Cold chain deliveries

Cold chain ensures your temperature-sensitive goods (like frozen or chilled items) are delivered on time or returned to the pick-up location to prevent spoilage.

Challenge 25 deliveries

Designed to support responsible alcohol sales by requiring age verification.

  • When raising a delivery containing alcohol, please select “Contains alcohol” in the delivery form.

  • The courier will verify the end-customer’s valid ID and ensure the customer is sober before handing the package.

Couriers will be notified of C25 items during the delivery invite.

Maximum pick-up distances

To ensure timely deliveries, there are limits on how far couriers can travel to pick-up orders.

Saving an address to your dashboard

If you often enter the same pick-up or drop-off address, save it to your dashboard for quick access:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Click the icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  • Choose Address book from the dropdown.

  • Click Add new address.

  • Enter the address and any additional info, then select Save.

Next time you create a delivery, start typing the address or saved details in the search bar - your saved addresses will appear as options.

Sharing tracking links with your end-customers

Once a courier accepts the delivery job, you can send your customer a tracking link showing the driver’s live location. This helps set delivery expectations clearly.
