Ordering fragile or non-splittable deliveries
If you are requesting delivery for a fragile item (such as a wedding cake, big mirror) or an item that cannot be split into multiple packages, please specify this while raising the delivery. This way the delivery will be assigned to a car.

To enable cold chain for your orders, please contact your account manager or contact Stuart support.
Challenge 25 deliveries
Designed to support responsible alcohol sales by requiring age verification.
When raising a delivery containing alcohol, please select “Contains alcohol” in the delivery form.
The courier will verify the end-customer’s valid ID and ensure the customer is sober before handing the package.

Saving an address to your dashboard
If you often enter the same pick-up or drop-off address, save it to your dashboard for quick access:
Log in to your account.
Click the icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.
Choose Address book from the dropdown.
Click Add new address.
Enter the address and any additional info, then select Save.
Next time you create a delivery, start typing the address or saved details in the search bar - your saved addresses will appear as options.
Sharing tracking links with your end-customers
Once a courier accepts the delivery job, you can send your customer a tracking link showing the driver’s live location. This helps set delivery expectations clearly.
