We are introducing a Service Desk portal where you will be able to request a range of account changes and updates.
From you can now use the Service Desk to request to change your City.

Before you are able to make changes to your account you will require access to the Service Desk portal.

How do I make a request?
- Firstly you will need to use the link to access our Service Desk 
- On the Service Desk, you will see the option to City Change 
IMPORTANT
- If your request has been accepted, we will make the change that coming Monday. So only create a request if you’re looking to change city the following week
