✅ Yes! You (or your substitute) may request use of client toilets at pick-up while completing deliveries on the platform.
Please introduce yourself as a Stuart courier and request access to their facilities should you (or your substitute) need them. Please be respectful of client facilities and leave them in the same state as you found them.
You (or your substitute) have a right by law to request this access as you (or your substitute) are completing a delivery on behalf of the client.
