Double check you have covered all the points below in this order:

  • Make sure you have downloaded the correct courier app (not in the app store) the background should be black not blue

  • Check you are using the email address you used to when you applied to Stuart

  • You will not be able to log in to your account until your application is approved. You will be notified of this by email from our team.
