What should I do if I can't log into the app?

Double check you or your substitute have covered all the points below in this order:

  • Make sure you or your substitute have downloaded the correct courier app (not in the app store) the background should be black not blue

  • Check you (or your substitute) are using the email address you used when you applied to Stuart

  • You or your substitute will not be able to log in to your account until your application is approved. You will be notified of this by email from our team.
