Changing Transport Type in your Stuart App

You can request a transport type change directly in your Stuart App.


To request your transport type change:

  1. Log into your app and head to the Support and Resources section

  2. Click on Chat with Support > Send us a message

  3. Select Update my account details > Transport Type Change and follow the instructions

  4. Once submitted, our team will review your request and make relevant changes to the system. You will also be able to see any updates in real time in your app!

During the process, we might require the following details from you:

Bicycle

Car / Moped / Motorbike / e-Moped

Driving License & Vehicle information

--

Insurance certificate

Equipment

Equipment

Picture of your transport

Picture of your transport

Please do not use your new transport until you receive approval from our Support team.
