Making Changes To My Account

Everything you need to know about making changes to your account, like updating your phone details, your city, your vehicle and more.

⚠️ REMEMBER: It is crucial that your details are always up to date to deliver with Stuart. If you're using the wrong transport type or delivering in the wrong city, your account could be suspended or terminated.

Most of the changes you need to make in your account can be done through the ChatBot in your app. To access it:

  • Open your app

  • Click on the three lines in the top left corner

  • Click Support & resources > Chat with Support


How To Change My Phone Number

You can update the phone number directly from the Stuart App:

  • Tap on the 3 lines icon to go to the Main Menu

  • Click My Account

  • Click Phone number.

Make sure you update it if you change numbers, or if the SIM card you are using while delivering is a different number from the one you signed up with.


How To Reset My Password

If you cannot log in or have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the app.

  1. From the login screen, select Forgot Password

  2. Enter the email address linked to your Stuart account

  3. Check your email

  4. Follow the link in the email to enter a new password

  5. You can now log in with your updated password!


How To Change The City Where I Deliver

To change the city you deliver in, you will need to use the Chatbot in your app.

  1. Open your app

  2. Click on the three lines in the top left corner

  3. Click Support & resources > Chat with Support

  4. Click Not Related To An Order > Change City

Follow the steps as they come, and that's it!


How To Change My Transport Type

You can request a transport type change directly in your Stuart App.

  1. Log in to your app and head to the Support and Resources section

  2. Click on Chat with Support > Send us a message

  3. Select Update my account details > Transport Type Change and follow the instructions

  4. Once submitted, our team will review your request and make relevant changes to the system. You will also be able to see any updates in real time in your app!

During the process, we might require the following details from you:

Bicycle

Car / Moped / Motorbike / E-Moped

Driving License & Vehicle information

Insurance certificate

Equipment

Equipment

⚠️ Remember: do NOT use your new transport until you receive approval from our Support team.


How To Change My Bank Details

To change your Bank Details, you must inform both Stuart and the payment service provider.

How To Update My Documents

For Right To Work, Insurance, and other necessary documents to deliver wth Stuart, please use the Chatbot to start a conversation with a Support Agent.

  • In the home screen of your app, click on the three lines in the top left corner

  • Click Support & resources > Chat with Support

  • Click Not Related To An Order > Other

Please note that once we ask you to resubmit your Compliance documents, if we do not hear back from you, we will temporarily suspend your account when your current documents expire. To reactivate your account, you will just need to update your documents using the links in the email sent to you about this topic!
