If you need help, the quickest way to reach our Support team is directly through your Stuart dashboard.

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
    Make sure you're logged in so we can identify your account and provide faster support.

  2. Use the chat widget.
    You’ll find the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Click it to start a conversation with our Support team.

  3. Need help with a specific delivery?
    If your question is about an ongoing or completed package, you can also click the Chat button directly on that package.
    This helps us immediately understand which delivery you're referring to - no need to explain the details.
