Tracking your delivery

How to track & monitor the courier, share monitoring/tracking links and find past deliveries.

Track your delivery in real-time

Stay fully informed with live updates on your deliveries.

Where to find it: Head to the “Ongoing” section of your dashboard. Here, you can:

  • View all active deliveries on a live map

  • Track each stage of the delivery journey (finding a courier, collection, in transit)

  • Click into any delivery for detailed status updates, courier name (when assigned), estimated pick-up/drop-off times and location info.

What to expect:

  • Couriers are self-employed. If one cancels unexpectedly, our system will automatically reassign your delivery to another nearby courier.

  • You're able to take direct actions, such as cancelling or modifying an address.

  • You'll receive real-time updates if the timing changes, if any issues occur and more.

💡 Tip: You can share a tracking link with your recipient so they can follow the delivery in real time.
If you're using our API, this link is also automatically shared via webhook.


Past deliveries

You can find a completed delivery by:

  • Using the "Find your package" search bar (top right of the dashboard), or

  • Navigating to the "Past" tab in your delivery history.

In the Past Deliveries section, you’ll be able to:

  • View proof of delivery (if in-app POD is enabled for your account)

  • Review communication history between the courier and end-customer

  • Check cancellation or return reasons, where applicable

  • See timestamps and delivery flow, including any alerts that occurred

This section gives you greater visibility and control over completed orders, helping you audit past performance and follow up where needed.
