Tracking your delivery

How to track the courier, share tracking links and find past deliveries.

Track in real-time

Go to the “Ongoing” section to see all your active deliveries live on a map. You’ll also find the delivery status displayed clearly at the top of your dashboard.

Note: Couriers are self-employed and may occasionally cancel a job. Don’t worry - our system will quickly reassign it to keep your delivery on track.

Contact the courier

Need to get in touch? You’ll find the courier’s phone number in the job details so you can contact them directly if needed.

Keep the recipient informed

Easily share a live tracking link with the recipient so they’ll know exactly when to expect their delivery.

Past deliveries

You can find a finished delivery by using the 'Find your package' search bar or by checking the 'Past' tab.

In the past deliveries section, you’ll be able to view:

  • Proof of delivery, if in-app POD is enabled for your account

  • Courier and end-customer communication history

  • Cancellation or return reasons if the delivery was canceled or returned

This section helps you keep track of completed deliveries and review important delivery details.
