How do I order more kit?

If you want to purchase new equipment, please send a request to and our CS team will give you access to our online store.

Some things to note:

  • You will be required to purchase the equipment upfront.

  • To preserve stock you may not be granted access if you have ordered within the last 6 months

  • Equipment purchased can be returned and refunded. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Returns Policy (see below).

How much kit can I order?

At Stuart, we endeavour to offer equipment to everyone. However, due to kit shortages, we must limit how much kit each rider can order. The following limitations have been applied:

  • Each courier can order ONE of each item.

  • If you attempt to order more than one item, we will amend your order to the correct quantity and refund additional items. This will only delay their equipment getting to you.

How do I replace my kit?

Equipment that is less than a year old and requires replacement due to the equipment being faulty, will fall under manufacture fault and be replaced free of charge. Please send us an email to: with a picture of the bag and a clear description of what the issue is.

After reviewing the images and description of the issue we will determine if you meet the criteria for a replacement.

How do I return my kit?

We recommend when returning the equipment include a piece of paper the order number the equipment refers to. This helps our warehouse team identify the original order.

We recommend that recorded postage be used as we may need to see this to validate your return. You can return your equipment via post at the following address:
