How do I order more kit?

If you want to purchase new equipment, please send a request to and our partner will give you access to our Courier Equipment Store .

Some things to note:

  • You will be required to purchase the equipment upfront.

  • You can only purchase one item of each product.

  • Equipment purchased can be returned and refunded. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Returns Policy (see below).

What kit can I purchase?

If you're an applicant or an active courier on the Stuart platform, you can order kit from our Courier Equipment Store. Here's what you can get:


  • Thermal Rolltop

  • Black thermal backpack

  • Small thermal bag

  • Medium thermal bag

  • Large thermal bag


  • Waterproof jacket

  • Waterproof trousers

  • Performance polo

  • Fleece

How much kit can I order?

At Stuart, we endeavour to offer equipment to everyone. However, due to kit shortages, we must limit how much kit each rider can order. The following limitations have been applied:

  • Each courier can order ONE of each item.

  • If you attempt to order more than one item, we will amend your order to the correct quantity and refund additional items. This will only delay their equipment getting to you.

How do I replace and return my kit?

Equipment that is less than a year old and requires replacement due to the equipment being faulty, will fall under manufacture fault and be replaced free of charge. Please send us an email to

After reviewing the images and description of the issue our partner will determine if you meet the criteria for a replacement.

Can I use my own Kit?

Yes, you are not required to purchase or wear Stuart branded courier equipment while delivering on the app. You can use your own kit however you need to ensure it meets our minimum health and safety standards
