What Are The Best Ways To Contact Us?

To get an instant reply, we recommend using our handy chatbots available on Fountain and the Help Centre, which will be able to answer many of your onboarding questions.

Option 1 (Recommended) - Fountain Chatbot

Log in to the Fountain portal and find the chatbot available in the bottom right of the Fountain page, like so:

There, you can ask all the questions you might have about the onboarding process, any issues you are facing, or what it's like to deliver on the Stuart platform!

Option 2 - Help Centre Chatbot

To use our help centre chatbot, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the blue icon at the bottom right of the page

  2. Click on the "Send us a message" button

  3. Choose from the options provided which is the most relevant to you

  4. If you still need further help, you will be able to email our team directly from the Chatbot at the end of the conversation
