1. How to Upload or Update My New Documentation?
You should have received an email to remind you to renovate the document because it is close to expiring.
Use the link sent in the email to access the portal and upload the new document as needed
Once the document is uploaded, the support team will review and verify it.
You will be notified by email when your document is approved or rejected.
2. What if I haven't received an email and my account is suspended due to invalid documents?
You can provide documents by opening a chat on the app, or by providing your documents via this link

select 'not related to a delivery'
select 'I want to upload a document'
You will be redirected to a portal to upload your documents
