What is the Service Desk?

The Service Desk portal is where you are able to request a range of account changes and updates - including updating your RTW and Insurance.


If you need access to the Service Desk:

Before you are able to make changes to your account you will require access to the Service Desk portal.

To Make a Request:

  1. Use the link below to access our Service Desk

  2. Select the option for Right to Work
