Frequently Asked Questions about Equipment

  • Can I use my own delivery bag?

Yes. As long as it is insulated, clean, and suitable for carrying items safely (to check the minimum requirements, please view the table above).

  • Do I need a Stuart-branded bag?

No, it is optional. However, your bag must meet the safety and insulation standards. If your non-Stuart-branded equipment does not meet the minimum requirements, you can purchase some here.

  • What if my equipment is damaged?

You should repair or replace it as soon as possible. Damaged equipment may hinder your deliveries or prevent you from delivering.

  • Do I have to wear a helmet?

Yes, if you deliver by bike, e-bike, or moped.

  • Is a power bank required?

It’s not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended so the app stays active throughout your deliveries.
