Welcome to Stuart! This guide covers everything you need to get ready, accept your first delivery, and make the most of your time on the platform.
1. Before You Start Delivering
Make sure the following are updated and good to go:
Valid insurance that meets Stuart's requirements
Right-to-work documentation
Correct delivery area (contact us if you need to change cities)
Accurate transport type (contact us if you need to change your transport type)
Your Delivery equipment (bag, charger, phone mount)
2. Getting Set Up in the App
Once you're ready:
Open the Stuart Courier App
Make sure notifications and location services are enabled
Tap Go Online to start receiving invitations
Check your delivery zone and any areas with multiplier incentives
3. Receiving & Accepting Delivery Invitations
Here’s what to expect:
Invitations appear as in-app notifications or directly in your app
You’ll see the client name and expected earnings on all invitations (including any multipliers)
You have 40 seconds to accept before the invitation expires
You can enable Auto-Accept if you prefer all invitations accepted automatically
4. Completing a Delivery
At Pickup
Travel to the pickup location promptly
Confirm the order details shown in the app
Secure the items properly in your delivery bag
At Drop-off
Check for customer notes or instructions
Confirm the customer’s name before handing the order
Don’t forget about Challenge 25 for deliveries containing age-restricted items
Hand the order directly to them (do not leave deliveries unattended)
5. Tips for a Smooth Experience
Keep your phone fully charged (carry a power bank if possible)
Ensure your contact details are correct
If something goes wrong (damaged item, unreachable customer, etc.), contact Support via the app - be prepared to upload clear details or photos
6. Maximising Your Earnings
To make the most of your time:
Deliver during high-demand periods (especially Fri–Sat evenings)
Stay close to busy restaurants or city centres
Take advantage of multiplier zones and per-drop rewards
Use Auto-Accept to avoid missing invitations
