If your account has been flagged because you provided invalid documents, please see below what you need to provide to appeal.
Please provide us with the following:
An original bank statement in PDF format. Please ensure that you only include the front page of the statement and NOT the transaction history.
Example:
A PDF file of your insurance certificate
Example:
Proof of insurance purchase: any payment confirmation that you have made to your insurance company proving you have bought the insurance.
A recent photo of the front and back of your CBT certificate
Example:
A selfie with you CBT certificate clearly visible (Please note your whole face and document must be clear and visible in the picture provided)
