Please provide us with the following evidence of internet network issues which might have affected the service you provided and/or your connection to the Stuart app.
This could be communications that you have received from your internet network provider, for example:
Text messages
Emails
In-app notifications
Please feel free to include any additional information that may be relevant in your appeal.
