Our platform offers a feature known as "cold chain". This feature allows you to tell us that the package has an expiry time, after which it may spoil. Orders with frozen or chilled items are typically cold-chain controlled, as they're low temperature-controlled goods.

Cold chain deliveries that failure to be delivered on time will be returned to the pick-up location.
