Changing My Bank Details

Everything you need to know about changing your bank details

Bank accounts must be registered under your name or the name of your business entity. If you are operating on the Stuart platform as a Private Limited Company (LTD) or Public Limited Company (PLC), you must provide a bank account registered under the name of your business entity.

We can only approve requests for bank accounts from an approved bank:

How to update my bank details?

  1. Go to the support & resources section of the Stuart courier app

  2. Select Chat with support > Send us a message > Not related to a current order > Bank account update

  3. Upload a .PDF bank statement from the last 3 months for your new bank account which clearly displays;

    • Your full name (or business name)

      • Bank accounts must be registered under your name or the name of your business entity

      • If you are operating on the Stuart platform as a Private Limited Company (LTD) or Public Limited Company (PLC), you must provide a bank account registered under the name of your business entity

      • Business accounts are permitted as long as the business is registered in your name

      • Joint accounts are permitted as long as your name is clearly visible on the bank account. Business accounts are also accepted but we will require evidence the business is registered in your name

    • Bank logo

    • Sort Code

    • Account number
