What are Incentives?
Incentives are multipliers applied to some deliveries which multiply the base delivery fee by a value specified on the invitation. There are several components which contribute to the calculation of the multiplier value:
Location
Time of day
Supply & demand levels
Weather
Number of pick-ups/drop-offs
Distance to drop-off from invitation acceptance
Some of these components are predetermined (such as location and time of day) and some are dynamic (such as distance to drop-off), determined when the invitation is sent. Multipliers have a dual purpose; to ensure there is enough supply to satisfy demand and to reflect the effort contributed while completing deliveries.
Example: You receive a delivery invitation in Liverpool with a delivery fee of £3.20. There is a multiplier of x1.5, so the delivery fee is increased to £4.80.

Will I receive a multiplier reward on all deliveries?
You will receive a multiplier reward if you accept an invitation with an active multiplier. Cancelled deliveries will not have a multiplier added on top.
If the multiplier is different where I pick up and drop off the delivery, which multiplier will I receive?
You will receive the multiplier value which is active at the pick-up address.
