Quick troubleshooting checklist
If you're having some issues with your app, please
✅ Make sure you are NOT in Low Power mode! Your app will disconnect at 15% of battery left
✅ Check if your network connection is good and you are not on wifi
✅ Log off and log back on
✅ Delete the app and re-install it. Download it from the following link:

How do I turn Notifications Sounds on?
Go to Settings and ensure the Do Not Disturb feature is not activated. Also, check the volume on the ringer.
Ensure the mute button is not turned on. Your iPhone could be silenced in mute mode. Flick the Mute button on and off several times to correct the problem.
Go to Settings > General > Reset and then choose to Reset Network Settings.
Hold the home and lock button together for few seconds until the iPhone restarts itself.
Finally, go to Notifications and disable notifications for messages. Power off your phone, turn it on again and enable notifications once more.
Notifications are set and edited directly on your device and there are a number of factors on your device that can influence the way your notifications are being received.
Please follow the advice below to troubleshoot any issues you're having with receiving notifications correctly.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Even after removing and reinstalling an iOS application, the previous settings (Push Settings, Device Cellular data usage for the app, ...) are remembered on the device and reapplied to the new app download.
Make sure you do not simply delete and reinstall the app, but follow the steps described below instead.
1. CHECK NOTIFICATIONS ENABLED FOR THE 'STUART APP'
Go to Settings -> Notifications -> scroll and select Stuart App
2. CHECK IF DEVICE IS IN LOW POWER MODE (iOS 9 and above)
Check on Settings > Battery
Check to see if Low Power Mode is activated - this can stop Push Notifications or delay them
If this is activated, switch back to full power mode
3. CHECK IF DEVICE IS USING 'WI-FI ASSIST' (iOS 9 and above)
If WI-FI Assist is active, please turn it off. It can cause delays to you receiving notifications.
4. CHECK IF DEVICE IS USING 'BACKGROUND APP REFRESH' (iOS 7 and above)
Background App Refresh mode shouldn't completely stop Push notifications from being received, however, it can cause the device to react much slower and not display Push notifications as soon as they are sent from the Apple Push Notification Server.
Go to Settings -> General -> Background App Refresh
5. TRY A HARD RESTART:
Simultaneously press and hold the power button (on top of your phone) and the home button (the circular button on the front of your phone).
Hold both buttons down for 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
The phone may take up to 60 seconds to restart.
