Food damaged packages - Guidelines

This article is a guideline on when we should report food damaged packages to Customer Support.

Updated over a week ago

In the case that a package gets damaged during delivery, it must always be reported to Customer Support. Note, that Support might ask you to still deliver the package and ask the client if they accept it.

❗️Important, Customer Support will give you instructions if the package should be returned or disposed. You must always report it to Support before taking any action. Always provide a clear picture when requested, showing the package and contents.

Scenario

Examples

Whole package ruined: In this case, Customer Support will give you instructions to dispose or return the package.

Slightly damaged packages: In this case, you should still deliver to the client and if the client rejects the package, contact Customer Support.

Unclear/blurry pictures: Are not considered valid and will be ignored.
