When entering a giveaway, draw, competition or taking part in the "Courier Spotlight" section in the courier blog organised by Stuart Delivery Ltd (hereafter “Stuart”) Stuart will be processing some of your personal data.

Your data is collected on the basis of your consent for the organisation of the giveaway/draw/competition/blog article, but also to promote it, as well as Stuart’s services. Your name, email address, mobile phone number, home address (if required to mail the prize) and photograph (if the competition is a photo competition or the article shows a photo) are necessary for your registration and the management of the giveaway/draw/competition/blog article.

Your data will be kept for a period of one month, from the end of the event and are reserved for the use of the service (s) involved in the organisation of this event.

For photography competitions and blog articles, by sharing your image and information with Stuart, you consent Stuart to use it indefinitely on its social media channels and websites, although no reference to your personal information will be shared alongside.

The collection and processing of your data are based on your consent, you are informed that you have the opportunity to withdraw at any time by completing the form at the address below. In accordance with the applicable regulations, you may request access, rectification or erasure of your personal data. You also have the right to oppose and limit the processing of your personal data.

You can exercise all these rights by sending a request at the following address, specifying the event concerned: gdpr.uk@stuart.com . Proof of identity may be required.

You also can contact the Data Protection Team, by sending an email at dpo@stuart.com.

You are also informed that you can assert your rights with a supervisory authority about the processing of your data by Stuart.
